top About Our Sevices
- Do I have to get permits for repairs or do you take care of that?
-
We acquire all of the necessary permits before we start any work. In some cases, such as small repairs, permits are not needed.
- What kind of materials do you use?
-
We use only top of the line materials for all of our jobs. We purchase our products from reputable local building materials suppliers such as Allied Building Products, Kuiken Brothers, and Bergen Brick Stone & Tile.
- How long does it take to replace a roof?
-
It depends on the size, pitch, design, and if a tearoff is required. Most residential roofs can be installed in two days. Smaller roofs can be done in one day and larger may take up to a week.
- What is power washing?
-
Power washing, or pressure washing, is the application of high pressure water spray to a surface such as wood, stone, brick, concrete, aluminum siding, roofing shingles and others. The pressurised water removes unsightly mold, mildew, and dirt stains bringing back that original new look.

- How do I know if I need a new roof?
-
Visually inspect the condition of your roof. Look for shingles that are cracked, curled, stained, faded or missing. Also, consider the age of your roof. If it's nearing the end of its expected life (about 20 years), it may be time for a new installation.
- How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
-
At least twice a year. If you have many trees by your house you should clean them 3 to 4 times a year to prevent major damage to your roof, walls, siding, and foundation. Clogged gutters allow rainwater to accumulate and weigh down and eventually pull gutters loose from their mountings.
